Do I live in the 100th House district?
Middletown residents either live in the 100th House district, represented by Rep. Kai Belton or in the 33rd House district, represented by Rep. Brandon Chafee. Click below to look up what district you live in.
Can I vote using an absentee ballot?
Yes! As in recent elections, you can request an absentee ballot for several reasons including selecting “sickness” if you are are concerned about the continued presence of a sickness such as COVID-19. You can request an absentee ballot online by clicking on the button below.
Another option is to go to the Town Clerk's office at City Hall (245 deKoven Dr) weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm with your completed absentee ballot application (download one here) OR to complete an absentee ballot application in person. After you give it to the Town Clerk, you will be handed your absentee ballot, which you can fill out, seal, and hand back to the Town Clerk immediately.
If you have already submitted your absentee ballot application, we recommend putting your completed absentee ballot in the secure drop box outside of City Hall. You can check on the status of your absentee ballot by clicking below:
Where and when do I vote?
You will vote at your regular polling location. Polls will be open from 6am to 8pm.
